About me

Hi my name is Karen and I am the creator behind Hunt4art. My work is a celebration of nature, texture, and the ever-changing beauty of the coast. Living close to the sea, I draw constant inspiration from the shoreline—its colours, patterns, and the treasures it leaves behind. I create a wide range of handmade pieces across different mediums, including jewellery, paintings, candles, prints, cards, and decorative objects. My jewellery often features sea glass, sea pottery, polymer clay, and resin—materials that allow me to capture both organic shapes and vibrant, natural tones. Alongside this, I craft decoupaged shells and artwork that reflect the delicate details and calming palette of the natural world. Although my work is eclectic in form, there is a unifying thread throughout: a nature-inspired colour palette influenced by coastal landscapes—soft sands, ocean blues, weathered stone, and sea-worn textures. Each piece is individually handmade by me, with an emphasis on creativity, craftsmanship, and a connection to the environment. Whether it’s a small wearable piece or a larger artwork, my aim is to create something that feels personal, is unique, and inspired by the beauty that surrounds us every day.
