Processing Times All items are prepared and dispatched within 5 working days. As many of our pieces are handmade or made-to-order, processing times may vary slightly. 2. Shipping Locations We currently ship to: United Kingdom Europe 3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and nature of the item. We use a flat rate / tiered shipping system to keep pricing simple and fair: Small items (e.g. earrings): £3 multiples £5 Medium items: £5 (under 1kg) Medium items over 1kg : £8 Larger items / artwork: £10 depending on size and weight Europe tracked deliveries: £8-£15 depending on size and destination Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before purchase. 4. Packaging All items are: Carefully packaged to ensure protection during transit Quality checked before dispatch We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. 5. Delivery Times Estimated delivery times: UK: 2–5 working days Europe: 5–10 working days Please note these are estimates and may vary due to postal delays. 6. Tracking Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. 7. Delays & Responsibility We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses. 8. Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy and contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. 9. Collection for Larger or Fragile Items For breakable items such as candles or for larger, glazed or framed pieces (including certain artworks), collection in person is highly recommended due to their fragile nature. Collection is available from Broadstairs. Please contact us prior to purchase to arrange this. While we take great care in packaging all items securely, we cannot guarantee that fragile items will not be affected during transit.
