Returns & Refunds Policy

At hunt4art each piece of multimedia art and jewellery is carefully created, quality checked, and inspected before being securely packaged for dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we operate a limited returns policy as outlined below.
1. Quality Assurance
All items are thoroughly checked and confirmed to be in excellent condition prior to shipping. This ensures that all orders leave us in perfect condition.
2. Product Representation
We make every effort to display our artwork and jewellery as accurately as possible. However, please note that colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and devices.
As all artwork is creative and subjective in nature, individual perception and expectations may vary.
We encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions and images before purchasing.
3. One-of-a-Kind & Made-to-Order Items
Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or made-to-order, meaning they are created individually and may not be replicated exactly.
As such, these items may be exempt from cancellation and return rights where permitted under applicable consumer laws.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a refund or replacement, please email us at [your email] with:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the item and packaging showing the damage
If approved, we will offer a replacement (where possible) or a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse claims where insufficient evidence is provided.
5. Returns & Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns for change of mind, including:
If the item is not what you expected
If you no longer want the item
6. Legal Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
Under consumer law, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
However, this right does not apply to:
Custom or personalised items
One-of-a-kind or made-to-order items where applicable
Items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened (including earrings)
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel (where applicable):
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging
You are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
7. Earrings & Hygiene Products
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged in transit upon arrival.
8. Shipping
We currently ship within the UK and Europe only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
